As an Architect and Engineer, Steven has more than 25 years of experience in professional aviation and transportation consulting, enterprise and commercial management, program management, planning-design-engineering management, client and government relations, operations management, project finance and due diligence, project assessment and management for both commercial and public works programs. He has served as a project manager/director on major programs as well as supported major aviation projects including planning, design and construction on five continents. He has been involved with major programs including the reunified Berlin Airport System, new Hong Kong Airport Operations, Mexico’s Privatization Program, Lima, Peru and San Jose, Costa Rica privatized Airport projects. Mr. Morris has been involved with over twenty-five Technical Advisory Committees for major airports including Los Angeles International, as well as developed new “Greenfield” airports including the new Panama City International Airport.  Other programs include Atlanta, Seattle, Dallas Fort Worth, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Airports. Steven is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
